  • You will be receiving a private link of your recorded reading thru email. Video call readings are not available at this time.

  • Kindly check the designated timelines of each readings. These timelines ensure that I can provide the care and attention your reading deserves. If it has not been past the turnaround time, please do not chase me for your reading. If there might be some delays, you will receive an update.

  • This means I do not answer questions related to health (mental or physical), pregnancy, death, lottery numbers, legal problems, etc. Tarot readings are not alternatives for therapy or medical, legal, and financial advice from professionals. Please seek proper advice on these matters.

  • Please be assured that all readings are strictly confidential. Your personal information and reading details will never be shared with anyone else. Your privacy and trust are very important to me.

  • The guidance provided is taken from your present energy, and you must take note that energies can shift from time to time. Tarot readings offer perspectives, but it’s important to trust your intuition and take actions that align with your personal values and goals.

  • If it has been within 48 hours of purchase and you have changed your mind about receiving a reading, please send me an email requesting a refund and I will refund you in full amount and cancel your order.
